I reserve the right to cancel and refund your commission at any time.

Expect a 24 to 48-hour response for all inquiries, including, but not limited to, the status of your commission, your place in the queue, etc.

I do not give deadlines, but can offer a rough estimate of commission completion upon request.

I am okay with working on NSFW / nude character references or any other reference material that may involve nudity and/or adult sexual themes.

Payment is done through Ko-Fi & USD only. My ko-fi accepts PayPal and major credit cards.

I take payment upfront after accepting your commission request. You can only place an order through Ko-fi once we have talked and I have approved your request.

Additional revisions fee—On rare occasions, I may charge an extra fee when revisions result in significant changes in the illustration after sketch approval. This fee is needed to account for the additional time it adds to my work and queue. I will inform you when extra revisions will incur a cost. At this point, you can decide to move forward with more edits and pay the fee or keep the work as is.

I offer full refunds only if I have not started sketching your illustration.

If I cannot comfortably complete your commission for whatever reason (illness, workload, struggling with prompt, or otherwise), you will receive a full refund, even for illustrations in process.

I do not offer refunds for any other completed illustrative commission work.

I retain the right to my work for portfolio or commission promotion purposes. Please let me know beforehand if you want your commission to stay private.

Illustration commissions are for personal use only.

Illustrations for commercial use will be discussed, and a commercial fee will be added depending on the commission type, size, and usage. Illustrations for commercial use MUST be declared upon commission acceptance and payment.

My work shall under no circumstances be used to feed large language modules (LLM) or Machine Learning, commonly called AI.

My work may not be used for nonfungible tokens (NFTs), cryptocurrency, or blockchain-related technology.

You may upload your commission anywhere, but please credit me wherever possible.

Suppose you are NOT the commission's owner. In that case, you may NOT reupload or use the artwork without explicit permission from the original owner.

Limitation of Liability - I will not be held liable for any loss, expense, or damage incurred by any claim, demand, suit, or recovery out of the use of the commissioned work.

Once I receive payment, I will begin sketching your commission. You are entitled to three revisions before approving a sketch.

Once the sketch is approved, I will move on with inking, coloring, and rendering. You may track updates via the Trello board.

Any significant changes after sketch approval will be subject to the Additional Revisions Fee defined above in Payments & Fees.

Once completed, your final high-resolution file will be sent to you via Direct Message (however, you messaged me to work out the details of your commission).
